How it works
CLIP uses a friction drive: a powered roller presses against the front tire and spins it forward while you pedal. Because it never touches your chain, gears, or brakes, there's nothing to install and nothing to undo. When you're done, unclip it and your bike rides exactly the way it did before.
Compatibility
- Fits most city, road, hybrid, and bikeshare bikes with a 27" to 28" front tire, with any fork stem thickness.
- Not compatible with front suspension forks (most mountain bikes) or cargo bikes.
- Water-resistant for light splashes, but not designed for riding in medium or heavy rain.
